01How do I reserve a session?+
Begin with the inquiry form. After we review your vision and confirm availability, a signed agreement and nonrefundable retainer reserve your date.
02Is the retainer refundable?+
No. The retainer holds your date and is nonrefundable. Rescheduling terms are outlined in your session agreement.
03How long does delivery take?+
Turnaround depends on the session and editing scope. Your estimated delivery date will be confirmed before booking.
04Do you deliver RAW or unedited files?+
No. RAW and unedited files are not delivered. The final edit is an essential part of our artistic process.
05Can I request advanced Photoshop editing?+
Yes. Tell us before booking so we can review the concept, feasibility, timeline, and custom cost.
06Can you replace or create a background?+
Yes, when the concept and source image support it. Background work is quoted according to complexity.
07Are balloons and decorations included?+
They are optional. Pricing depends on the concept, size, materials, and complexity.
08Can I bring my own props?+
Absolutely. Share photos and dimensions during planning so we can incorporate them intentionally.
09What happens if I arrive late?+
Late arrival may reduce the available session time so the day’s schedule can remain on track.
10Can I reschedule?+
One reschedule may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability and the signed agreement.
11Can you travel?+
Travel requests are considered individually. Include the desired location in your inquiry for a custom response.
12Can my images remain private?+
Yes. Client images are only used publicly with written permission.
13How will I receive my photographs?+
Finished photographs are delivered through a private online gallery with download instructions.
14Do you offer prints?+
Print options are being prepared. Ask during your consultation for current availability.
15Do you photograph weddings?+
We are not currently accepting full wedding-day coverage. Couples portraits and engagement-style sessions are available.
16Do you cover events?+
Select small and milestone events are considered individually. Share the date, location, guest count, and coverage you need so we can confirm whether the scope is a fit.
