These starter policies are editable and must be reviewed before the website is published.

Owner action required: review every policy, add governing law and contact details, and obtain professional legal guidance if needed before launch.

    A nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve the date.

    The remaining balance is due before or on the session date.

    One reschedule may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

    Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

    RAW and unedited files are not delivered.

    Final turnaround time will be confirmed during booking.

    Additional images and advanced edits may cost extra.

    Advanced Photoshop requests must be discussed before booking.

    Decoration pricing depends on size, materials, and complexity.

    Client images will only be used publicly with written permission.

    The photographer retains copyright while the client receives personal-use rights.
